Long-Term Colony Elimination Through Shared Bait
Termite Baiting Systems use specially designed bait stations to control termite colonies. Worker termites consume the active bait and distribute it to other members of the colony, including the Queen and King.
As the bait spreads throughout the colony, termite activity gradually weakens until the colony collapses. Correct installation, monitoring and bait replenishment are important for effective treatment.

Above-Ground Baiting System
Above-ground bait stations are installed directly over active termite trails found on walls, ceilings or furniture. Termites consume the bait and distribute it throughout the colony.
In-Ground Bait Stations
In-ground bait stations are installed in the soil around the property perimeter. Cellulose material attracts termites, and active bait is added after termite activity is detected.
In-Concrete Bait Stations
In-concrete bait stations are installed within concrete slabs or foundations to target termite activity in areas where conventional soil stations may not be suitable.
Post-Construction Corrective Treatment
This treatment is suitable for completed properties. Holes are drilled around perimeter ground beams and columns before termiticide is injected under pressure into the soil beneath the concrete slab.
The treatment creates a chemical barrier that helps repel subterranean termites entering through cracks, joints or imperfections in the building structure. After treatment, the holes are sealed using colour-matched cement.
Post-Construction Coring Treatment
Coring Corrective Treatment uses a core bit to carefully remove sections of existing tiles. This provides access to the soil beneath the concrete slab while preserving the original tiled surface.
Termiticide is injected into the drilled holes under pressure. After treatment, the original tiles are reinstalled and the treated areas are sealed neatly to minimise visible impact.
Pre-Construction Anti-Termite Soil Treatment
Pre-construction anti-termite treatment applies termiticide directly to the soil before the building slab and structure are completed.
The treated soil forms a chemical barrier beneath the built-up area, helping protect the future property against subterranean termites entering through cracks, joints or structural gaps.
Early preventive treatment helps establish termite protection before an infestation develops within the completed structure.
Termguard Reticulation System
The Termguard Reticulation System uses a network of pipes installed beneath and around the building. The pipe system distributes termiticide directly into the surrounding soil to create a protective termite barrier.
The system supports precise, consistent and repeatable application without repeatedly drilling the completed property. It is designed for long-term subterranean termite prevention and management.
