Termguard Reticulation System
“Prevention is Better Than Cure” Termguard has the simple solution… PREVENT ATTACK!
Building owners need to be ever so vigilant in their termite management program and Termguard Reticulation Systems when installed in pre-construction phase of new building provides the building owner with peace of mind, knowing that Termguard provides a 50 years system warranty* to all its installed and maintained systems.
Termguard’s Termite Piping Systems provide a preventative system of termite management into new homes by installing a reticulated rigid piping system that allows for retreatment at any time during the life of the building.
Termguard Systems continuously deliver termiticides under and around the building which are inaccessible after construction and avoids problems typically associated with termiticide drift and exposure.
Termguard’s Termite Reticulation Systems have been extensively tested and successfully used over the past three decades, and has been specifically designed to offer a long-term termite management and damage prevention system.
With Termguard Systems installed under and around the building during construction time, the building owners can enjoy effective and continuous protection against subterranean termites attack for up to 50 years*
The Termguard perforated pipes are specially engineered to provide efficient and quantifiable injection and reinjection of termiticide under and around the building foundation.
The precision placement of small, consistent holes along perforated pipes allows even distribution of termiticide to the critical area under and around the building foundation to form and effective termiticide treated zone and achieve total protection against subterranean termite ingress into the building.

ENVIRONMENTAL CARE
Since the introduction of environmentally friendly termiticides and the removal organochlorines in 1995. Termguard has developed a range of Termite Reticulated Systems to meet not only the needs of the building owner and building industry, but also the environment.
Together with today’s environmentally acceptable termiticides. Termguard’s termite reticulation systems have been the perfect partner to provide an effective replenishable barrier, yet minimize the total impact of the Environment.
The AS 1477 Anti Termite are based on providing a contained system of termite control within the footprint of the house, and has the capability to utilize new innovative termiticides that are developed in the future to protect the life of the home.
Our systems accurately distribute only the required amounts of termiticides into the underslab and perimeter of the property. This method of chemical application is the only approved method which allows a partial chemical barrier to be used in conjunction with the slab built to Australian Standards.
Furthermore, this technique will eliminate the need for open air hand spraying, eradicating the risks of airborne exposure of termiticides to the public, workers and animals.
The risky and disruptive practice of drilling and injecting slabs to overcome breaches into existing homes can also be hazardous to both the pest controller and the householder. This practice will also be eliminated as Termguard Systems are designed for judicious re-application of the termite barrier without drilling and without any exposure to the applicator or the residents of the building.
